6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days of receiving the product (statutory minimum is 14 days under UK law, we offer an extended 30-day return period).
6.2 Returned products must be sent back within 30 days after withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
6.3 We will refund the product price and original shipping fee within 14 days at the latest, usually sooner (within 7 days) of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, provided they are in original condition.
6.4 Certain items are excluded from withdrawal rights, including:

• Custom or personalised items.

• Perishable goods.

• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, earrings, cosmetics) if the seal has been broken or the product unsealed.
  These exclusions are in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and will be clearly stated on the relevant product pages.
